Privacy Policy

Last updated June 1, 2026

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and readable on purpose.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, content profile details, writing samples, and the posts you generate or draft. We also collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to operate linkedinpost.ai: to generate posts in your voice, save your drafts and calendar, process billing, and send service communications. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI and your content

Your private drafts and voice profile are used only to serve your account. We do not use your private content to train public, shared AI models. Generated outputs belong to you.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with trusted processors that help us run the service (hosting, payments, analytics), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention & your rights

You can export or delete your content at any time. Deleting your account removes your profiles, drafts, and calendar. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
